What's in the pot

Black tea boiled hard with cardamom, evaporated milk and sugar. Strong, sweet, and the reason the stove stays on.

Saffron karak: The same pot with saffron threads steeped in. Deeper gold, softer finish.
Ginger karak: Fresh ginger in the boil, for a sharper, warmer cup.
Arabic coffee: Light-roast gahwa with cardamom, poured small.
Cardamom coffee: Darker coffee with crushed cardamom, for when gahwa feels too gentle.
Saffron milk: Warm milk and saffron, for anyone skipping the caffeine.
